D'une surface de 80 m2, il comprend 2 chambres disposant chacune de sanitaires wc privatifs et télévision, cuisine américaine ouverte sur pièce à vivre comprenant une cheminée. WC indépendants.

Situé à l'ouest de l'Eure-et-Loir en région Centre et au bord de la Normandie, notre gite offre de nombreuses possibilités de découvertes. Le GR22 à quelques mètres permet pour les marcheurs de parcourir pour les plus courageux un parcours entre Paris et le Mont St-Michel. Notre gite peut servir d'étape à une centaine de km de Paris. Entouré de villes à l'histoire bien présente, Dampierre-sur-Avre est une commune rurale d'environ 750 habitants répartis entre les 17 hameaux et lieux-dits. Son église du XIIe siècle surplombant la vallée de l'Avre, la rivière coulant à ses pieds, ses promenades à pied, à cheval ou à vélo ne sont que les quelques atouts de sa tranquilité de vie.
Autour, à quelques km, Dreux, sa chapelle royale, son quartier historique et son beffroi ; Nonancourt ancienne ville fortifiée en 1112 et son église datant du VIIe siècle, Verneuil-sur-Avre aux portes du Perche a su garder un patrimoine architectural riche et varié et son superbe marché. Mais aussi Tillières-sur-Avre, village pittoresque et typique de la Normandie ; Chartres et Évreux…

Located west of the Eure-et-Loir in the Center region and on the edge of Normandy, our cottage offers many possibilities for discovery. The GR22 a few meters away allows walkers to travel for the bravest a route between Paris and Mont St-Michel. Our cottage can be used as a stopover a hundred km from Paris.
